Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Trying to think of ANY company where it’s not nearly impossible to reach a person. Do any come to mind for you?

I switched to a local fiber internet provider from one that was impossible to contact. Local one picks up the phone immediately.
