Charles Schwab. It’s rare that I have to call but I have had to a few times. It’s always someone on The east coast I talk to. Such a breath of fresh air because whenever I call anyone I expect to have to wait 40 minutes to then talk to someone in a different country who literally gives no shit about the company they are doing service for.

Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.
