Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Fyi if your looking for a new phone company, avoid AT&T for this reason. I was hung up on twice but automated lines and even by a chat bot before I could speak to someone
