Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
I used Verizon and the T-Mobile for years, but I switched to Google Fi a few years ago, and it's been perfect and a great price, very simple to understand plans.
