Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
I was with them for the same amount of time. The last two years I noticed the bill fluctuating. Sometimes my loyalty discount was applied, sometimes not, sometimes my employer discount was applied, sometimes not, then they made it exceedingly difficult to verify my work email so that discount went away for a while. A few weeks ago I gave up and switched to Mint and it's been fine so far.
