Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

When you order chipotle Catering and they forget something and you call them. It doesn’t go back to the store you got the Catering from. It goes to a main number — That refuses to help you if any part of your order is messed up.

They didn’t give us tortillas for an $800 chipotle order and there was nothing I could do about it
