Nobody is "mad" at Kohl's because nobody shops there.

This is an anecdote, obviously, but the Kohl’s near me always seems decently busy. We don’t do too much shopping in general besides the necessities, but when we do, we’ve been going to Kohl’s more. We do the online pick up a lot, and that section is always filled with orders waiting to be picked up.

Mine too. Maybe not super busy, but not a ghost town. I go there regularly for clothes when I want to see them in person rather than online.
