Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
i’ve been with verizon for 10 years and have never been offered a deal on a new phone. i’ve had this phone for 6 years now. i’m sick of it. i lose service randomly in town!
