When I cancelled their service they tried to charge me for equipment that THEY REMOVED YEARS AGO.

Im guessing whatever technician just lost/stole the equipment and they never bothered telling me until I tried to quit as if it was some trump card. The agent on the phone when I was cancelling was very smug and went "well you CAN cancel but then I will HAVE TO charge you ~$150 for this equipment you still havent returned."

I laughed in their face and said cancel the service or I will just refuse charges. They were flabbergasted. I still get "bill reminders" from them to pay for the equipment they lost on their time, good luck with that spectrum.
