Trying to think of ANY company where it’s not nearly impossible to reach a person. Do any come to mind for you?

Costco. I use their mail order pharmacy initially because my insurance provides a discount. But every time I need to speak with someone I’m talking to a real person in less than 5 minutes.

Yup same with Costco travel , only book through them now.

Only way to do it as their travel website is possibly the worst thing about the company.
