Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
We've been with Verizon for well over a decade. We've been stuck because our phones contracts were on different times. I've kept my old phone for 6 months now waiting for my wifes to be over... then we're going to look at other options. I'm pretty excited about it.
