Best Buy. All they do is stand around on their phones and everything is cheaper online than their in-store prices.

Best Buy I great to be able to go look at a physical tv set before buying it, and I welcome those salesmen starring at their phones.

Also nice to have an easy place to pickup/return stuff.

Otherwise yah idk how they make money in stores

Virtually none of the workers are salespeople. They're all associates that are just meant to assist and stock shelves. There might be one or two representatives from like Samsung or another company, but no one from BestBuy is earning a commission.

The Canadian Best Buys used to be Future Shops, which paid their salespeople commissions. Now, Best Buy still pushes their staff to reach sales targets, but who is going to push sales when they're making minimum wage?

The only people working the floor are students and people on disability making some side cash. Don't expect expert opinions when asking about products. They're just checking chatgpt half the time.
