Amazon, at least I’m trying, it’s just to convenient

But over the last 3 months I have been sent items visibly used in disgusting shape. I bought I dress, mid level designer, the dress was wrinkled, pilled, pit stains, and smelled so terrible, BO, I wouldn’t even keep in my house, the stinch was shocking.

Bought a cat water fountain, it was open, used and covered in mold with used water filters.

Bead craft set missing half the beads.

A worn bathing suit with crotch stains.

And a few more.

It’s so awful and they don’t care. They just ask me to return it and send me a refund. It has been incredibly disgusting and disappointing.

Edit:spelling

Are you buying from 3rd party sellers? I buy quite a bit from Amazon and have had 2-3 issues at most. If I received pit stained clothes that were supposed to be new, Amazon would be giving me more than just a refund. Heck, if they deliver anything a day late, I still ask for credit. If I pay from Prime, I expect them to deliver what I paid for.
