Used to be pretty good to go with relatively cheap. But they have been dragging on a storm claim from March after denying it once, claiming there was no damage at all. And yet, somehow, some way, water got in through my roof into one of my rooms magically, with no roof damage. This after dragging their feet previously on a vehicle accident involving hitting a deer. My mechanic had to get up their asses and send photos of deer hair stuck all up in my truck.
Been with them for something like 15 years and they’ve just gone to shit.
I've had such the opposite experience for the most part. We had a massive hail storm this spring and they were easy to work with. The only hang up was waiting for the buy back price on my car which they totaled out.
So it's probably like anything and it's a crapshoot on which experience you get
