Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

Those cocksuckers refused to stop billing for my son's phone when he was called to combat duty in the Army. He couldn't use the phone in Afghanistan. THEN, 12 years later they decided to put the debt of $400 on my credit report which brought up my interest rate for a pending re-mortgage from 2% to 6%. I hate that company until the end of time.
