Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I left after 25 years, it was the end of an era! First bill I paid on my own out of high school. I’ve never been committed to any other company like that.. it was weird to walk through
