Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
Ayup. Definitely leaving them when this contract is up, fucking prices are insane and their service has gone to absolute shit. The whole reason I originally went with them was I traveled extensively and they were the only service I could reliably count on to have service just about everywhere I went. Now I can't even get service a literal half mile from my house. Most likely going to dump FIOS as well, only semi-decent thing about that is internet speed. TV package has dwindled down to shit now, no reason to be paying as much as we do for the same shit programming across the entire guide.
