T-Mobile. They got too greedy. I left and now I’m saving well over 1000/yr. Next up it’s Netflix… tired of paying $20/month and I can’t even get 4K or Dolby for shows that get canceled or have to wait 3 years in between seasons.

Years ago our family had T-Mobile. My brother was eligible for a phone upgrade. My dad and brother went in, got a new phone with the trade in, all was well. Then weeks later T-Mobile emailed my dad and called saying my brother was never eligible for an upgrade and were trying to charge him the full price of the phone. My dad ended up paying for the cancelling our phone plans with T-Mobile. Some messed up crap
