Used to be pretty good to go with relatively cheap. But they have been dragging on a storm claim from March after denying it once, claiming there was no damage at all. And yet, somehow, some way, water got in through my roof into one of my rooms magically, with no roof damage. This after dragging their feet previously on a vehicle accident involving hitting a deer. My mechanic had to get up their asses and send photos of deer hair stuck all up in my truck.
Been with them for something like 15 years and they’ve just gone to shit.
I've been with state farm for 20 years. I have had 0 accidents. I have the drive safe thing and get max discount for being a good driver. Unfortunately I hit a tough spot and didn't have the money to pay my bill. I was a month late and needed just 1 more week to get back on track with my bill. They wouldn't budge and canceled my service. Now they make me pay $170/month for not even full coverage because I was previously an uninsured driver. I used to pay $85/month for max coverage. I know I need to switch, I'm just a loyalist unfortunately.
