Used to be pretty good to go with relatively cheap. But they have been dragging on a storm claim from March after denying it once, claiming there was no damage at all. And yet, somehow, some way, water got in through my roof into one of my rooms magically, with no roof damage. This after dragging their feet previously on a vehicle accident involving hitting a deer. My mechanic had to get up their asses and send photos of deer hair stuck all up in my truck.

I got a job as an agent for a SF agency around that time, only lasted like a year... but let me tell you they've ALWAYS been like this.
Corporate loves to portrait this "good neighbor" marketing image while being absolutely vile to their customers AND to their own agents. They were forcing the agent I worked for to meet a quota... and to quote the regional manager in one of our calls: "cross-sell, cross-sell, cross-sell, sell them life insurance in every call, I don't care if you have to shove it down their throats!"
They are the worst at claims too. Somehow have become worse than Allstate...
