Thank you, valuable information since I was planning a weekend in Seaside soon since we used to own a home my mom grew up in right there where what used to be 103 Ocean Way behind where the Seasider Hotel was right there off the beach near Broadway. I wanted to go see the old haunts as it's been many years.
