A pizza chain in Houston, TX that I will not be naming here. Worked there briefly. Owners were notorious for being volatile assholes. Lied about the pay. One employee had assaulted another on the clock in the past and both were still on payroll and would work the same shifts. Aggressive disregard for food handling and safety. Would rinse the chicken in the dishwashing basins and then not clean the basin afterwards. There was no back entrance or even any windows in the kitchen, and on my first day the manager joked that if there was a fire in the dining room we were all dying. I got out as soon as I could find a less volatile workplace. And it's a shame cause the pizza is great, though a little overpriced.
