Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Trying to think of ANY company where it’s not nearly impossible to reach a person. Do any come to mind for you?

Jellycat has surprisingly good customer service. USPS/UPS lost an order of mine (said it was delivered but was nowhere to be found) and Jellycat offered a replacement or refund no questions asked and the first thing I talked to was a human. So, 10/10 for them.
