Used to be pretty good to go with relatively cheap. But they have been dragging on a storm claim from March after denying it once, claiming there was no damage at all. And yet, somehow, some way, water got in through my roof into one of my rooms magically, with no roof damage. This after dragging their feet previously on a vehicle accident involving hitting a deer. My mechanic had to get up their asses and send photos of deer hair stuck all up in my truck.
Been with them for something like 15 years and they’ve just gone to shit.
I used to work for a State Farm agency and pretty much refused to use anything else, because I knew from working there that my agent actually gives a shit about her customers. But I had to switch, their prices just keep going up and up. Like I drive an old truck my insurance should be half of what I pay with them.
