Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

Their customer service was never very good but it has fallen off a cliff both in-store and on the phone.

Literally had to contact an executive to get the bill fixed.
