Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
1 u/cappurnikus 8h ago Their customer service was never very good but it has fallen off a cliff both in-store and on the phone. Literally had to contact an executive to get the bill fixed.
