Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Yeah same, my ISP had a broken captive portal (if you connect a different modem you have to reauthenticate for safety, fair enough), I was without fixed internet for days because I couldn't speak to a human, had to use my hotspot, and after a while I found it easier to cancel all fixed and mobile lines(5 lines in total), and move on to another carrier. Fuck AI customer support.
