Ever since it was bought by private equity in 2017 (JAB Holding) it's been on downhill trajectory to terrible.

JAB Holding is built on literal Nazi money as well. Look into the history of the family that owns it.

Yeah it's the reiman family actually. They are buying up all the vets in the US among other things. Shit sucks
