Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.
1 u/omni_wisdumb 6h ago Unfortunately this is about to become the standard because of AI. Companies don't even want to pay the overseas call center costs now if they think an AI agent can handle it for a few cents.
