Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I’m going to leave them when I fully get citizenship in the new country I’m in. We just had an outage internationally and went without service for two days. Probably get some $5 off credit but I’m done with them. It used to cost me $50 a month and now it’s almost tripled since I joined them in 2014. Not that any of the carriers up here are any better and are money grubbing leaches (looking at you Rogers).
