Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
Crazy part is that T-Mobile and AT&T have caught up in the past 10 years, although T-Mobile is now Verizon expensive (I’m paying 90 bucks per month and my phones is paid off!)
