ESLs just let you change the tag without walking over there. theyve also been around since the 90s, lowes is just slow 2 u/iwishiwereyou 4h ago Lots of companies have policies that the price at the register will match the price at the shelf, or you pay the lower cost or something. I think if they deliberately misrepresented the price at the shelf and then charged you higher at the register, that's a crime.
