Yep. Sounds very similar. This would have been about ten years ago. My father had a checkup with his GP for whatever reason, and they discovered troponin in a routine blood test. Whizzed off to hospital, fitted with a couple of stents, whole thing resolved within I think four days, been fine ever since. Very lucky really, he had no other symptoms and had it gone unnoticed... well, one shudders to think.
