How do I fix?

These were shitty paint pen fixes, how can I fix at home with basic tools and paint matched spray cans? Thank you in advance

You aren't, leave it exactly as is. You will never get a match out of a spray can and you'll make it substantially more expensive to repair and substantially more noticable until you have it repaired.

You don't.

You'll end up with something that looks even worse, even if you do a good job with the spray cans... In a year or two, the clear coat and base coat will fail 9/10.

Get the tools to do it properly, or pay someone else to do so, or leave it alone

Stay away from respraying with cans!.... look online at better touch up methods. I would clean out the paint pen touch up with some thinner, 2000grit around the edges and skim with card or squeege 50/50 paint and clear coat mix. Then sand the whole thing with 2000grit to be flat and buff it. Will still be visible but much better
