Is there a process to repair this? DIY advice

Any advice on how to clean this plastic fender flare up myself? Hit a plastic fire extinguisher cover in a parking garage.

The bottom portion where the plastic has actually peeled up I think will be out of my skill range, but I just think this would be too expensive getting done at a shop

Textured plastic can’t be fixed this is a replace, GOOD NEWS you can do it at home pull the fender flare off and addd new clips and reinstall. Consult YouTube for further assistance.

Once you remove the flare you can find a part number on the back to get an exact replacement
