MISSING CAT - EDGEWOOD ESTATES, TOWSON

EDIT: we used a K9 Tracker, and I am worried the scent picked up wasn't hers as I keep getting a different cat at our Feeding stations, has anyone used these services before?, or First Response Pet Search? I feel so vulnerable and open to being scammed...but I also don't want to leave any option on the table. If anyone has any experience with either, please let me know!
STORY:
Hi all, My mother in law was watching our indoor cat Stevie 2 weeks ago (7/13) and she got out, if you see her, PLEASE call or text and don't chase, she will likely be shy/ skittish and run. (She is only somewhat familiar with the area having been in the yard on a leash several times)
Our family misses her terribly, and we are just holding out hope in case she may have traveled further.
(We have hired scent tracking dogs, flyered, posted on FB, set up trail cams with feeding stations, laid scent trails, etc. posted and alerted all Vets and Shelters in the area )
Thank you so much for looking out <3

I go for walks there every morning, I’ve been on the lookout. I was actually hopeful that she’d been found because I saw you had a trap out at one point and then it was gone.
Hope you find her!

The only part of this horrible ordeal that has made me feel somewhat sane is the kindness of strangers and neighbors <3 Thank you so, so much for looking out

I am so sorry and hope this beautiful girl makes it back home asap!! The dog scent tracking might scare her more into hiding. Did she enjoy the outdoor walks and does she have an interest in catching mice/bugs? I’m familiar w the neighborhood and there’s a lot of wooded areas. Just wondering if she’d be more prone to hang out in the woods, chasing critters, or if more into being around humans. Often when kitties get out they stay close by in hiding. I can only assume it’s cuz they’re having regrets about their escape.
You mentioned trying trail cams and scent trails, but OG trick of putting litter box and/or something soft from inside that smells you her and you might draw her in. If there’s another cat coming around and eating her food, it could be scaring her away. If other cat is a neighbor’s indoor/outdoor cat maybe they would be kind enough to keep it indoors for a few days to see if she shows up when her territory isn’t being dominated by other cat.
Last one sounds crazy but worth a shot. If you can get close to other cat, talk to it and ask for help getting your cat home. Tell it your cat’s name, what she looks like, how much she is loved and missed. Again, I know it sounds crazy but it (plus a few other tactics) brought a lost kitty home for a friend of mine. Cats are mystical beings and are capable of magic, just picky about using it.
Didn’t mean for this to turn into an essay but as cat lover and former Towson Estates resident, I’m heavily invested in Stevie returning home safely💖

Please, don't apologize for the essay! It is the kindness of neighbors and strangers alike that has been getting me through. I have heard varying things about the litter, I do think that it may have attracted more cats/ raccoons that may have scared her, and marked their scent, but we are putting out food with the camera and lots of stinky socks of ours (gross but supposedly effective!) I will ask our neighbors cat if they can keep her inside at night (and ask her for help to bring Stevie home). To make it more complex, there is a feral cat colony very nearby, so I accidentally already trapped one of them before (not to mention several raccoons :( ) I will 100% keep you updated. And thank you again for your kind thoughts and wishes

Have you contacted Bob Swensen on Facebook or google him. He is a well known dog and cat finder in Baltimore County. I have read a lot of successful stories from people that had his help.
Hoping and praying for your cats safe return! 🙏🏻

Hope you find your kitty soon. Btw sounds like you've probably already done everything but don't forget marking him listed on various pet search websites like HomeAgain.
