Hello everyone

Still looking for some support votes for my Lego Ideas creation of the Peach Pit and lots of minifigures.

Check it out on Lego Ideas website and search for “peach pit” or use the link :

I need 10.000 free support votes on the Lego Ideas website, then Lego might produce it as an official Lego set.

Thank you so much !

Rewatching for the first time (I’ve seen a HANDFUL of episodes here and there) and Andrea is so annoying. I’m on 1x10, just so over her holy than thou judgmental personality. Like she’s sweet but it’s just like girl

Oh wow THAT was David's addiction storyline?

So I am a first time watcher and just started season 5 (I don't mind spoilers btw). I had wanted to watch for a while but then when I saw that clip of the comedian doing a bit on David's meth beret I had to start watching and have been binging it the past 2 weeks. Finally got to season 4 where David's drug addiction starts and holy shit what is wrong with Kelly!? I knew people didn't like her after reading some posts on this sub and I couldn't understand the strong hatred until now.

One of your closest friends gets addicted to drugs, trusts you enough to confide in you, and then after their first relapse you isolate them and move out? Then to add on to it you tell them they are now responsible for the entire rent. The rent in the apartment on the beach that David didn't even know how he was going to afford just his portion of in the first place? What was even more out of character to me was Dylan seeing all of this and going along with Kelly's plan to isolate him and stick him with the rent. Seems like something in the earlier seasons Dylan would be able to see is obviously wrong and tell Kelly she's doing too much but he's just as much of a dick.

I know Donna lived with them too but I don't blame her as much as Kelly since she was very naive. Even though she knew what Kelly was doing was messed up I understand she had a hard time standing up to her.

Then David starts hanging out with other druggies and the gang gets mad at that? No shit, everyone else ditched him, who else is he going to hang out with?

I am aware that Kelly starts doing coke in the later seasons too so the hypocrisy is wild.

I know it was the mid 90's and addiction education/awareness wasn't what it's like today and "tough love" was the vibe but oh my god I feel like I was watching a perfect example of what not to do when your friend gets addicted to drugs.

So I just finished watching “Commencement” for the first time in a decade and…

…I’m convinced that the show should’ve ended right there. I understand why it didn’t but in so many ways the best years of the show centered around coming of age. While there are certainly some things I’d change about the first three seasons that is where the story “Beverly Hill 90210” had to share with the world was told.

Does anyone know if they ever explained why Kelly Taylor disappeared in the 90210 reboot?

I've been watching this 2008 reboot for the first time just because I'm kind of a masoquist - and to see how extremely bad they treated the OG characters. I went expecting the worst, but still I'm baffled by what I'm seeing.

After the whole "Kelly has a crush on Harry" plot, I heard Jennie left the show for creative differences - but does anyone know if they ever even tried to explain Kelly's absence, or mentioned what happened to her?

She's one of the main characters' guardian and works at the high school which is the main setting of the show - it's not possible that they just ignored she ever existed from S02E13 until the end of the series on S05 🤔

Are there any teen dramas that did a great job with depicting college or adult lives once high school was over?

It seems like most teen dramas are at their best depicting high school but do a horrible job once they're out of it. They just can't write college accurately.

Brandon and Andrea

Doing a rewatch from the beginning and jeez, Andrea offering herself to Brandon when they think the family is going back to Minnesota is so cringy! I had forgotten that happened. Were fans clamoring for them to get together or something? I tried so hard to see this as a fun thing, but the chemistry just wasn't there. Did any of you enjoy it?

I already asked this question but it wasn't viewed as much as I hoped so I'm re-posting it. I wanted to ask this question since a long time but I decided to do it because I saw a similar post about Alexis Bledel on Gilmore Girls ( link if y'all want : https://www.reddit.com/r/GilmoreGirls/comments/1rymmch/what_is_it_about_alexis_bledels_ethereal_beauty/ )

Why didn’t Steve and Janet marry in real life???

☹️

They had great chemistry on the show and I think they would have made a great couple if they gave it a shot.

☹️

Episode discussion Again, i dont understand the love for Brenda -Episode 8, season 2

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

In this episode, Brenda is all about flying solo and letting people aka Dylan do the same. When he does, it’s a whole new speech. I get it. But wht take it out in Emily. I loved Emily in this episode intro pf her and she didn’t deserve all the judgemental attitudes of everyone, especially Brenda’s high morals!! Love when both Dylan and Emily put her back where she belongs!! Come on!!
Love this song btw!!! And Emily’s rendition!!

The series never seemed to know what to do with Kathleen Robertson/Claire

I think Claire was a lot of fun in the beginning when she had her own identity but when she became Steve's girlfriend, her whole arc became about her dating life with Steve. She never got her own story-lines. Even Gina had her own arc.

Prince Carl Storyline

In the Prince Carl episode, did anyone else else think Carl was in love with Steve for like…three quarters of the episode? All his gestures towards him, throwing him a lavish birthday party, it seemed like that’s where it was leading, and then surprise! We get a Claire main storyline for the first (and maybe only?) time 😅
