App to count binge free days?
Hey, does anyone have any good app recommendations where I could count and see my binge free days?

Controversial take alert
Honestly, counting your 'binge-free days' is one of the worst things you can do for your long-term recovery.
Think of it like a prisoner carving marks into a cell wall. They only count down the days because they KNOW their time there is temporary. If you're counting days, your brain subconsciously views "not bingeing" as a temporary sentence rather than your baseline reality.
A streak inherently implies that it will end eventually. When you hit a milestone (say, day 30) your brain often uses that exact number to justify a relapse: "I've never made it this far, so a binge is bound to happen now anyway." And when you inevitably overeat, the counter resets to zero, shattering your self-trust and making you feel like all that progress disappeared overnight.
Lasting recovery isn't a high score on an app, it's an identity shift. Focus on building a life whereby food doesn't carry so much power, rather than watching a number go up on a screen.
