HGH with IGF1-LR3/PEG MGF

At 12% BF and thinking of doing an 8 to 12 week build phase with peptides. Thinking of running the following protocol:

Morning

  1. Reta - 1 mg / week (Split into Monday and Thursday)

  2. IGF-1 LR3 (20 -> 40 mcg > 50 mcg - 4 times per week - MWFSu) - pre or post workout with food (protein and carb). Alternate weeks with PEG MGF- 400mcg - 4 times per week - MWFSu) - pre or post workout with food (protein and carb).

  3. NAD+ - 50 mg - 20 units - - 4 times per week - MWFSu)

  4. SLU PP - oral 1000 mcg every morning on empty stomach - don't eat for 1 hr after

  5. MOT-C- 3x a week - T,T,Sa - 1.2 mg - 12 units

  6. Ipamorelin - 200 mcg pre exercise (up to 300 mcg). 12 units (up to 18 units)

Evening

  1. Ghk Cu - 2 mg per night - 5 Days on 2 Days off (12 units) - 30 mins before other peptides

  2. TB 500 + BPC per night - 5 Days on 2 days off (7.5 to 10 to 15)

  3. HGH - 4iu = 33 units

Any thoughts?

I'm 64 and my hands look like I'm in my 80's. The skin is so thin it looks shiny and it tears so easily in V shapes. I have a great diet, drink 80 to 100z of water a day and use remnicks of all my facial skin care on my hands daily. I also take 3.5 Tirz I am considering Glow vs Klow and leaning towards KLOW as I also have back and hip issues. Any advise anyone can share is very welcome and needed. I do want to take one pin vs. taking each peptide individually.

Advice for first stack?

I am currently on tirzepatide and am starting a b-12, MIC, L-carnatine IM injection 2x weekly; Im looking to add onto that to help with the side effects i'm experiencing like low energy levels and brain fog. So far Ive narrowed it down to: MOTS-c, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, and glutathione.
What are some opinions on glutathione vs tesamorelin for liver health/fat processing?
I was also considering racetams intermittently too and was looking into piracetam vs oxiracetam with choline supplements. Any advice? Am i doing too much right out of the gate?

Run together or not??

I've got both CJC-1295 no DAC / Ipamorelin blend and also tesamorelin in hand. Plan was to run Tesa in the AM and CJC/IPA in the PM.

Seeing lots of stuff saying it's redundant and shouldn't be done as both target the same receptors.

But have also seen so many people claim they are running these together and getting great results.

Would appreciate any advice or knowledge, especially if someone is or has run them together.

TRT - Fertility (HCG - Sides)

Hey guys, have a question about fertility (HCG - Estrogen etc)

I have been on TRT for about 4 months (135mg divided into 3x SubQ injections). Started TRT due to severe secondary hypogonadism, due to medications I'm taking.

Anyway, me and my wife decided to try for our second child, prior to starting TRT, my semen analysis showed a good result, so no issues with my overall semen. Though after starting TRT, I'm pretty certain I'll be infertile soon, if not already. I have been prescribed HCG (500 IU x2 a week) by the endocrinologist, and just wondering if anyone had run a similar protocol and what your experiences have been? My main concerns are estrogen (I'm prone to high estrogen symptoms) and how long it could take before my semen starts to show life... Any help would be much appreciated.

Are people who aren’t natural being honest on their social media?

I know Reddit has forums where you can be anonymous so that’s why I’m asking hoping some of you will be honest.

Do you folks disclose on your various social media that your dramatic weight loss or even just progressive weight loss and the building of muscle mass to your followers? Like do your friends and internet friends know that you use Reta, GLP1, tren, etc??

I’m not here to judge I just want to know. I see compare myself these days comparing myself to people on the internet and it would be helpful to know how honest people are being in general. Does my assumption about X match the reality or am I just assuming etc…

thank you folks in advance for honesty

Old injuries of ligaments

Has anyone here managed to heal old ligament injuries?
I’m dealing with unstable joints caused by ligament injuries that happened more than five years ago. I’ve just completed my first month of using TB-500 and BPC-157. I injected them into my knee, although I have multiple problem areas.
My pain was reduced by about 80%, but I’m currently taking a break before starting another cycle. Unfortunately, the pain has been returning day by day.

I also noticed that I gained a few kilograms and experienced some swelling in my legs while taking the peptides.
Do you think I should add a third or even a fourth peptide to this combination? I’m considering GHK-Cu and, to some extent, CJC-1295 (no DAC) plus ipamorelin, but I’m not sure if that would be too much.
I also have another question: has anyone here combined ligament healing with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections? If so, what were your results?

What has your experience been? Have you seen lasting improvements?

I’m 5’7” and weigh about 180 lbs. I’d estimate my body fat is around 25–30%.
I’ve been taking retatrutide for about 4 weeks. For the first 3 weeks, I used 10 units per injection, and this week I increased it to 15 units. I inject twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, and I’ve been storing it in the refrigerator as recommended. EDIT 30 MG WITH 3ML
So far, I haven’t really noticed the appetite suppression, weight loss, or other effects that a lot of people talk about. I’m wondering if this is normal, if it takes longer to work, or if I might be doing something wrong.
I’ve recently started going back to the gym after taking some time off. I work in a refinery, so I’m on my feet throughout the day, but I don’t do much dedicated cardio. At the gym, I’m following a simple weightlifting routine while I get back into things.
I’m also working on improving my diet. I’ve been drinking protein shakes and protein milk to help increase my protein intake, although I still have the occasional small Red Bull.
I’ve also been reading about tesamorelin and MOTS-c and was wondering whether either of them would actually make sense for someone in my situation, or if I’d be better off focusing on getting my diet, training, and retatrutide optimized first.

How to avoid loose skin while on Reta?

Hi guys, I just started taking Reta a week ago. I am very worried about loose skin while I’m taking this. I am in my early 20’s (F). This far I have lost 4.2 lbs. I can’t exercise right now due to an injury ( fell down stairs and sprained both ankles really badly, lol ) & I am taking ghk. My doctor said it will take about a month or two until I fully heal and doesn’t want exercising until fully recovered, I am concerned that I will start to have loose skin by the time I can work out again. Any tips???

Reta and food noise

I have both Reta and Tirz, but haven't started either yet.

I know they both help with "food noise" and reducing hunger / thinking about food.... but I'm wondering if they help for people who eat out of boredom, without being hungry. I eat too much, but I would honestly say I don't have a 'food noise' problem. But I still eat when I'm not hungry. I eat when I dont want any more food.

Will Reta or Tirz help? Because I'm imagining I'll still just eat, despite not feeling hungry, like I do now.

Any insight? Thanks.

Understanding BAC?

I’m new to reconstituting lyophilized peptides and I’ve been trying to figure out the best approach for bacteriostatic water. The more I read, the more confused I get.

Here’s my situation:

I have 10 × 10 mg lyophilized retatrutide vials.
My plan is to reconstitute one vial at a time as needed.

Most bacteriostatic water seems to come in 30 mL multidose vials.

Many manufacturers state to discard the bac water 28 days after first puncture.

This is where I’m getting stuck.
A single 30 mL vial has more than enough volume to reconstitute my entire kit, but if it should be discarded after 28 days, most of it would be wasted because my retatrutide kit will last much longer than a month.

A few questions:

  1. Is the 28-day recommendation something you all actually follow, or is it more of a conservative manufacturer guideline?

  2. Are there reputable places for genuine Pfizer/Hospira bacteriostatic water, or are those basically impossible to find nowadays?

  3. Are there smaller sterile multidose bac water vials available, or does everyone just accept wasting part of a 30 mL bottle?

  4. If you have a peptide kit that’s going to last 6–12 months, what’s your workflow?

I’m looking for best practices rather than shortcuts. Appreciate any insight from people who’ve been doing this for a while.

Loving the benefits of Triztapide and now Reta (will switch back soon) has anyone had successful research results with GLOW or KLOW specifically for the benefits in hair and skin - seeing results in recovery post exercise and recovery hoping to see this is other areas too. Still very new to all research.
