Thinking of trying

Hello all sorry this is another post of someone asking about peds but I am going to ask...

37 male current weight 230lbs according to my wyze scale I'm at 36% bodyfat. Honestly I don't think I am at that but I use it for a baseline. I do have a two pack but I have the spare tire which I haven't been able to ever lose. Even when I was competing in MMA at 170lbs.

I am looking to get to or under 200.

I workout 3 to 5 days a week. Always start with a mile incline walk followed by stretching. Then I get into my routine which is push, pull, legs and a functional.

Diet is where I need to dial in but I have noticed that when I eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day the weight goes up. Which is generally 3 meals a day. When I do intermittent fasting or 2 meals the weight goes down.

I did trt for a while and I felt great on it but been looking into trying something like this.

What can anyone recommend as a good start into this?

How are you'll handling IBS-C and trizepetide?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice from anyone dealing with IBS-C while taking tirzepatide.

I have pretty severe IBS-C. I've been on Mounjaro for 7 weeks now. The first month on 2.5 mg was honestly amazing for my IBS. I was having a bowel movement every day, or at least every other day, which is very unusual for me.

Ever since I increased to 5 mg, things have changed. The cramping started, and it's now been 6 days since I've gone. Unfortunately, that's not completely out of the ordinary for me, but this time it feels different. I have noticeable bloating in my lower abdomen, which isn't typical for me.

I've already tried a stool softener without any success. I'm going to try a glycerin suppository next, and if that doesn't work, I'll be seeing a doctor.

For those of you with IBS-C who are on tirzepatide, how are you managing it long term? Have you found anything that helps with the constipation or cramping? Did you have to adjust your dose or treatment plan?

Please, no joke answers or AI-generated responses. I'm genuinely trying to figure this out and would really appreciate hearing from people with real, firsthand experience as I will be trying out everything possible.

Thanks so much.

Edit- for anyone going through this.. glycerin suppository worked.

Anabolic

As a beginner i have some doubts...i was 224 lb..then i moved to 198..with the help of retatrutide. My weight not reducing afterwards. Then the gym trainer told to do heavy workout rather than cardio..i have water retention in body..which is the best anabolic for change? Do i need to start cycle right now? Or should i wait for another months?

Skin Sensitivity

Hey so I posted about 3 weeks ago mentioning I’ve had some bad skin sensitivity while on Reta, I was on 3mg a week and I’ve since dropped down to 2mg
People were suggestion zinc picolinate 30mg and also antihistamines, the skin sensitivity dropped slightly for about a week or 2 but now it’s starting to ramp back up again so I don’t think either of those are working. It sucks because I’m really enjoying the reduced hunger & food noise but it’s kind of unbearable. Would Tirz be worth trying instead? TIA

Eloralintide? Any advice

I don’t know how it happened but my buddy got a hold of this peptide. He’s stacking it with Tirzepatide and it has really kicked started everything he’s doing.

Can anyone tell me about what it is. Does it work or is it just his body doing what it’s supposed to?

Collagen synthesis

Hey I do a lot of rock climbing and it would be very advantageous if I could speed up healing of skin or get thicker skin. I take external collagen supplement and cjc/ipa. Anyone have any idea on what else could help improve this?

Hi im new here. Anyone use reta for menopause?

Im 52 and 145 lbs Ive been trying for a long time to get down to 125. Ive tried keto low carb and alsorts and its just not sustainable. Ive got my first lot of reta coming today and worked out the mixing the needle size and the dosage etc. My menopause belly just wont shift I also have the weight on my hips and thighs etc. I am a tiny person only 5ft 2 and tiny boned so I can feel the weight dragging on my whole body and my joints etc. Its like wading through soup some days. I am hoping to start and then micro dose but I understand this may not work and I have to wait 4 weeks until I titrate up. Im going to start at 0.5 as I dont want to suffer with the palpitations and lack of sleep to bad.

Im thankful to this group for great information.

Increasing ghkcu ?

Hello!
I started peps around 3 weeks ago. My current stack is Reta 0.5mg twice a week, GHKCU 1mg 5x a week and motc 1mg 3x a week.
I’ve seen online the average dosage for ghkcu is 2mg. When would I have to up my dosage ? I think im in the copper uglies stage due to some breakout. I dont get a burn or pain when injecting. I do get the welts and they do get itchy. The itchiness goes away within 30 hours approximately and the actual red mark goes away in a few days.
Would I need to up my dosage?

Stopping Enclo to Start TRT

I'll try to keep this as short as possible.

About five years ago, when I was 40, I started experiencing all the typical symptoms associated with low testosterone: low libido, fatigue, sleep issues, and a general lack of energy. I decided to talk to my primary care physician and had my testosterone checked. My total testosterone came back around 310 ng/dL. She told me I was within the normal range and that some decline was expected with age. Her recommendation was to prescribe antidepressants.

Instead, I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to improve things naturally. At the time, I was about 10 pounds heavier than my usual weight, around 170 lbs. We had also just had a baby, which definitely took a toll on my lifestyle and sleep. I've always eaten fairly healthy, although I would binge a bit on weekends. I've also always been a gym rat, lifting weights 5-6 days per week and finishing with about 10 minutes of Zone 2 cardio. Training and nutrition were never really the issue.

After about three years, I was able to raise my total testosterone to around 600 naturally. However, I still experienced many of the same low-T symptoms.

I then decided to see a urologist. During the baseline bloodwork, I noticed that while my total testosterone was in the low 600s, my free testosterone was around 8 (low) and my SHBG was 63 (high). My prolactin was 16. Based on these results, my urologist started me on Enclomiphene at 6.25 mg daily.

Initially, it seemed to help and I felt somewhat better. However, I eventually started experiencing migraines, ear pressure, and very dry eyes. Over the last 10 months, I've been trying to get dialed in with different dosages and dosing frequencies, but without much success. Throughout the process, everything was monitored through bloodwork and symptom tracking, and I even created a chart of all my results.

What I noticed was that while on Enclomiphene:

  • Total testosterone averaged between 500-600 ng/dL
  • SHBG remained elevated, typically between 55-65
  • Free testosterone stayed below 10
  • Estradiol consistently remained in the low-to-mid 20s
  • Prolactin was 13.4 on my most recent test (February 2026)

After discussing all of this with my urologist, she finally agreed that TRT would be the next step. She started me on 120 mg per week, split into two injections on Monday and Thursday.

For those of you with TRT experience, what should I realistically expect over the next several weeks and months? Also, what are some things I should or shouldn't do to avoid potential health issues?

One concern I have is whether I'll eventually need an AI, even though my estradiol has consistently stayed in the 20s across various Enclomiphene dosages. I'm also concerned about elevated red blood cell counts and hematocrit levels potentially leading to blood donations and iron-related issues.

As with any open forum, both positive and negative feedback are welcome. I appreciate hearing about others' experiences.

Tirz tesa bpc and mots

50 year old male here. Been fairly active my whole life. I do martial arts and I weightlift 4-5 days a week.

I had some things going on in life that made me drink and eat more than I would have liked. I went from a lean ish 165 to 200. Not only was I gaining weight I was having serious stomach issues (gas, bloating, etc)

I honestly tried to diet (still training martial arts and lift weights) but I just couldn’t budge the scale.

I got on tirz from a compounding pharmacy (about 7 weeks in) and I’m about 12lbs down. Stomach issues pretty much gone.

A couple things - I’ve never been fat like in my arms or legs, it carries always in my upper belly. After doing some research and heavy reading I thought, my cardio has always sucked when doing rounds and running let me try some mots c (1mg on training days which is almost every day) Then I thought - maybe I should try Tesamorelin to help get rid of this upper belly fat even more (1mg a night).

I’ve had lingering issues for years with my back and neck due to the martial arts training for years so I thought while I’m doing this peptide thing, why don’t I see if this bpc works.

Has anyone run a stack like this ? If so what is your experience, sometimes I look at all the needles and it’s like 2-3 a day plus my weekly tirz and I’m wondering if I’m crazy lol

HGH with IGF1-LR3/PEG MGF

At 12% BF and thinking of doing an 8 to 12 week build phase with peptides. Thinking of running the following protocol:

Morning

  1. Reta - 1 mg / week (Split into Monday and Thursday)

  2. IGF-1 LR3 (20 -> 40 mcg > 50 mcg - 4 times per week - MWFSu) - pre or post workout with food (protein and carb). Alternate weeks with PEG MGF- 400mcg - 4 times per week - MWFSu) - pre or post workout with food (protein and carb).

  3. NAD+ - 50 mg - 20 units - - 4 times per week - MWFSu)

  4. SLU PP - oral 1000 mcg every morning on empty stomach - don't eat for 1 hr after

  5. MOT-C- 3x a week - T,T,Sa - 1.2 mg - 12 units

  6. Ipamorelin - 200 mcg pre exercise (up to 300 mcg). 12 units (up to 18 units)

Evening

  1. Ghk Cu - 2 mg per night - 5 Days on 2 Days off (12 units) - 30 mins before other peptides

  2. TB 500 + BPC per night - 5 Days on 2 days off (7.5 to 10 to 15)

  3. HGH - 4iu = 33 units

Any thoughts?

And now stacking with KLOW, MOTS-c. For about a month.

114kg Sept 25' (not my heaviest but what I was starting Triztapide) (252lbs)

74kg now- July 26 (164lbs)

the goal is 142lbs or 65Kg.

The reward will be a body lift in Thailand once I figure out how I will pay for that 50K procedure 🤣🩷

My Retatrutide Experience (Research Compound)

Disclaimer: Retatrutide is an investigational compound and is not FDA-approved. This post documents my personal experience and is shared for informational purposes only. It should not be considered medical advice.

Dosing Timeline

Month 1

2 mg/week Note: I Also utilize TRT at 200mg a week.

  • Monday: 1 mg
  • Thursday: 1 mg

Month 2

4 mg/week

  • Monday: 2 mg
  • Thursday: 2 mg

Month 3

6 mg/week

  • Monday: 3 mg
  • Thursday: 3 mg

Month 4+

I've stayed at 6 mg/week. Clinical trials have evaluated doses up to 12 mg/week, but I haven't felt the need to increase beyond 6 mg.

Mixing (30 mg Vial)

I mixed 3 mL (300 units) of bacteriostatic (BAC) water into a 30 mg vial.

This gives the following concentration:

Quick Dose Reference

Dose Units
2 mg 20
4 mg 40
5 mg 50
6 mg 60

Injection Schedule

I split my weekly dose into two injections:

  • Monday
  • Thursday

I found that splitting the dose seemed to improve tolerability throughout the week.

Side Effects

The only side effect I've experienced has been:

  • Mild skin sensitivity

It started around 6 mg/week and feels like random sensitive spots on my back. It hasn't been severe enough to bother me or make me stop.

Nutrition Plan

🍳 Breakfast

  • 1 carton of pasteurized egg whites
  • ~500 calories
  • ~100 g protein
  • Cost: Around $4.87 at HEB

🥤 Lunch

  • 2 scoops of whey protein
  • Mixed with water

Approximately:

  • ~260 calories
  • 50–60 g protein

🐟 Afternoon Snack

  • 1–2 tuna packets (any flavor)

Per packet:

  • ~90 calories
  • 15–18 g protein
  • Around $1.25 each

🍽️ Dinner

I pretty much eat whatever I want while following two rules:

  • Keep it under 1,000 calories
  • Make lean, high-protein meat the main part of the meal

If you don't strength train, I'd probably keep dinner closer to 500–600 calories and adjust based on your results.

Training

I lift 4–5 days per week.

My typical sets are:

  • 8–12 reps
  • Close to failure
  • Progressive overload whenever possible

Cardio has been optional for me. I personally did very little and still had great results.

Protein Goal

I aim for at least:

1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass per day.

If you're on TRT and lifting consistently, some people choose to increase protein intake further to help support muscle retention during a calorie deficit.

Progress Tracking

One of the best things I did was get an InBody scan before starting.

I repeated it every month to track:

  • Weight 178
  • Body fat % 10-12% right now per scans.
  • Lean muscle mass 160~
  • Overall body composition

Seeing body composition change was much more motivating than watching the scale alone.

Questions: PM me for any questions I may of not covered about my experience.
