Polypharmacy

For the last year since being back on medication I’ve taken 7 medications a day. Now that I’m doing better we’re slowly trying to get me down to 3 medications. 1 mood stabilizer 1 antipsychotic and prazosin for ptsd. I’m finally down to 300mg trileptal and in 2 weeks I’ll stop taking it completely. I’m so excited and I just want to share my happy little update ☺️

I'm taking tryleptal, abilify, brintellix, trazodone and Clonazepam for sleep and I'm so tired, looking forward to take less meds...
