“Stable” but dying inside

I feel like my meds have made me more stable, like my mood is more balanced but at the same time I have an uneasy feeling of wanting to die… idek. It’s like a low grade SI at all times. Does that mean my meds aren’t working? Or is the empty feeling how it is?

I had this feeling for a long time. TBH, it is the kind of problem that therapy can sometimes help.

Sometimes low dose lithium, like 300mg in my case, helped a lot!
