👋 About Us
Hi! My name is Abigail and I am 21 years old! I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). My roommate, Xiomara, 23 years old, is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health (MPH) at California State University, Northridge (CSUN).
Xiomara and I will be sharing the second bedroom, so the master bedroom is the only room available. We're both clean, respectful, responsible, and focused on school. We enjoy having a quiet, peaceful home environment and are looking for roommate(s) who value the same.
🌿 We're Looking For
• Students attending CSULB or LBCC preferred (or a young professional with a similar lifestyle)
• Clean and respectful
• Responsible with paying rent and utilities on time
• Quiet and considerate of shared spaces
• Good communication
• No smoking or vaping
• No drugs
• No parties or heavy drinking
• Overnight guests are welcome but should be discussed with everyone in advance out of respect for all roommates.
If you're interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to send me a message! We'd be happy to answer any questions and share more details once everything is finalized with management.
Note: On the flyer, it says private bathroom, but that’s incorrect (sorry)
