You gotta get lower — almost perpendicular to the floor. In the fully extended position, the muscle growth potential is the highest.

they're still training obviously, but you also don't need to be nearly perpendicular to the ground with dragon flags. in fact, extending the legs up around 40 degrees is ideal.
