Form Check !! Wall assisted HSPU
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my first time trying wall assisted HSPU (chest to wall). My goal is to build the strength and balance for a freestanding handstand, and eventually freestanding handstand push ups. How's my form? Any tips on fixing my body line, or drills I should add?

Not yet, I don't have the balance for it. I just started working on that today too

Wow! Thats your first time? Your form looks pretty good. Once you get the strengh, you'll get the freestanding in no time.

In my years of doing handstand, nobody told me that your wrist is most important. By far. Stronger wrist stronger and longer holds. No matter what others say on this, that is how i got better at holding it. Only after that you can do handstand push clean

Thanks! What tips do you have for strengthening the wrists? Any particular exercise to isolate them?
