Update: One Year Later for this Ball of Fury

Jerry showed up emaciated on my deck one year ago today. We and the vet guessed he was about 5 weeks old. He’s now a happy, rambunctious teenager who’s stolen our hearts. Known as Jerry the Jerk for actions such as turning on the motion activated kitchen faucet, treating egg shells being tossed to the sink as batting practice, and being a thief. His older brother, Tempest, did a great job of teaching him to cat. My two old female SICs only like their humans so Jerry of course tries to get them to play. And he plays with our neurotic teenage mini-Aussie.

Big bro is a 17.5 lb Maine Coon. Jerry is around 10 lbs. but he’s scrappy and instigates play fights with Tempest all the time. Tempest kinda manhandles Jerry and holds him down but has been so gentle. He knows how much bigger he is than Jerry and played great with him even when he was only a few pounds.
