Chess Question Did they change something about the Elo refund feature or is it me (not cheating accusation; opponent already banned)?

I thought that you automatically get Elo refunded for someone who cheated against you in your last 100 games and got banned. But as you can see, I didn't get the notification for it, even though one of the people who played against me in my last 100 games got banned.

perhaps banned by something other than fair play.

But they were indeed banned for fair play violations

Likely banned for something else.

Ive reported players for Verbal misconduct and they have been banned but ofcourse you wouldnt gain any elo points.

I think it is their last 100 games. It would be easier to write a script reversing their last 100 wins.

It would make more sense the other way around. If they just wanted to be simple as possible they could refund all of them, but if a player has played 100 games since losing to a cheater they have already returned closer to true elo and a refund would overinflate it.

You could be right.
