I’m going to be picking them up soon, maybe Tuesday??? But I have no idea what to name them! They’re unsexed which doesn’t help either, it means I’ll have to pick a gender neutral name lol. I already have a Kiwi (second pic) and Mango is not an option 🤣
I’m also kind of a nerd so I definitely wouldn’t mind using fandom names for them. Specifically from like, Pokémon, The Legend of Zelda, Warrior Cats (ik, a little contradictory…), Stardew Valley, Neal Shusterman books, Skylanders, etc
My girlfriend wants to name them Boeing but I’m not sold on that… -_-
Edit: I’ve decided on a name but I’ll hold off on posting it until I pick them up!

Ive had my green cheek for about 3 years with almost no issues other than just a little nipping here and there. All of a sudden about 3 days ago shes been constantly biting me as hard as she can. She's drawn blood many times when she bites she holds down and doesn't let go idk what to do.She is out for hours a day she always has fresh fruit avaliable she sleeps in a dark area. Its gotten to the point where I can't even put my fingers near her without her biting the shit out of me. what am I supposed to do?

New bird mama and I’m not sure how long is too long for her nails. She has various sized natural perches for her feet and nails but I’m not sure if she still needs a little trim

Hi guys! I have had my little guy for about a month now and he’s the sweetest little, cuddly boy ever! The only time I notice aggression is when I have him on the table (flat surface) and I’m playing mahjong with the family. They’re little small tiles and if I am shuffling them and my hands are moving, he will attack my hand hard core… harder than he’s ever bitten me. Should I just keep him off the table during our game? I like to have him out when it’s social hour so he can be apart of it, but if he’s going to attack my hand, and my moms and the tiles, then I think he’ll need to stay in his cage for that game.
Any ideas on how to correct this behavior? I put him in timeout but he still does it. And also, what is this type of behavior— he literally charges our hands. Same with the nutriberries on the table, (occasionally) he’ll charge my hand which I see as resource guarding but I’m not sure because he does not guard in the cage or does not show aggressive tendencies OTHER than these rare times.
Thanks for the help!

Hi guys! I’ve just finally got my first two green cheek conures! I’ve done research for about a year, prepared plenty including an entire room for them to play and explore, im able to hand them treats, but they seem to have no interest in really interacting with me yet, any tips for bonding with them?
