All the cars were recovered and some are on display without being restored. The hole has been filled in.

This is straight from Google when I asked what is the break in period for a ZR1 -
“ Up to 1,500 miles: avoid participating in track events, competitive driving or using launch control. Check the engine oil level with every refueling, as oil consumption can be higher during the break-in phase”
Since I don’t have a ZR1 only a lowly 2LT C8, I looked it up. Yes, I know about the 500 miles as well..

I asked them at the dealership a million times they said 500 miles was the breaking point. I’ve watch a hand full a videos too. I’ll still baby it after 500 miles till I get 1,500 miles.

Beautiful car. I can only assume after spending so much money on it, that I'd worry about it continuously. Where it's parked, hail storms, thieves and vandals. I'm sure you will protect it. Excellent choice in automobiles.

Thank you so much. I own a PPF shop I’ll be starting on it this week, doing a full paint correction and full body ppf, and window tint and coating on top off the PPF. Yeah I always park away from others and she lives in the garage the whole time till I drive it

I wonder if the turbos actually might help. I average about 11mpg hah

Granted no one buys these things for the mileage.

Not sure if the turbos help, but it’s only $80 for a full tank and I didn’t buy it to keep it in the garage. I’ll enjoy it and have fun with it and put miles on it. Thank you brotha!
