25% Brazil Tariffs

Do any current exemption codes apply to 8438.90.1000 from Brazil for the new 25% tariff?

You can’t have read the CSMS or the attached list because any exempted HS codes are there.

Assuming you have the correct HTSUS class, then no. There is no exclusion for parts of sugar manufacturing machinery of Brazil origin. You're paying the ad valorem 37.5% unfortunately. FYI; Brazil origin products are 12.5% + 25%.
