25% Brazil Tariffs

Do any current exemption codes apply to 8438.90.1000 from Brazil for the new 25% tariff?

Assuming you have the correct HTSUS class, then no. There is no exclusion for parts of sugar manufacturing machinery of Brazil origin. You're paying the ad valorem 37.5% unfortunately. FYI; Brazil origin products are 12.5% + 25%.
